Yesterday we had experienced many unforeseen results especially Wigan Trashing Newcastle at home 4-0. But i didn't seem least interested to see the game as my mind is still on the long awaited RED and BLUE Derby this Monday. I didn't know what games were being played, i didnt care what results where taken, even the surprising resignation of Pep Guardiola didn't seem interesting for me to read than the Derby which might make or break our season. Its a game in which the Titans will Clash, where there will be heroes and zeroes altogether.

Lets face it if Sheikh Mansour continues to have his investments in City, i dont see that day too far off where they will finally win their long awaited League Title. But that doesn't mean me or any other united fan would want to see them win or would accept them winning at any cost. They will offload players and buy new ones if they dont win th... Read more »

Manchester United transfer activity has been criticized alot in the recent years. Where the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea have been breaking records on transfer deals, Manchester United have concentrated on recruiting the youth. 

Sir Alex Ferguson believes concentrating on youth development is paying dividends and will continue to do so in the future as well. 

"It is hard to change our way of doing things," said Ferguson.

"After the spell of domination, when we won the Treble and following that we had big point margins there was a transitional period. We tried to rebuild a team with young players, like Rooney and (Cristiano) Ronaldo and one or two of our own young players were starting to come through." 

"I think we will probably stick to what we are doing."

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has suggested that strike partnership of Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck reminds him of the United legends Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole. The later pair scored 53 goals during the treble winning campaign in 1999. 

Wayne Rooney and Danny Weleck have scored 45 goals this season so far. Wayne Rooney scored a couple vs Everton while Danny Welbeck scored his 12th in the same. The link up between the two for the goal turned back time and reminded Manchester United fans the COle and Yorke partnership. 

"Last week we saw something really special," said Ferguson. 

"I know there was a lot of reference to the Yorke and Cole thing. There were similarities to that. Danny's movement was fantastic. Now he is fit again and playing consistently, he has developed better." ... Read more »
